Learning through videos

Videos make very good learning tools. This is because videos involves both your audio and visual senses. Research has shown that learning is more effective if more of your senses are invloved. Videos also help you to learn something at your own pace. You can fast forward or rewind the video to suit your individual need. In addition the inclusion of images and background music in the video makes the learning experience more interesting.

The only downside to using videos to learn is that it takes a longer time as you may have go through the video from start to finish. Skipping parts of the video can be tricky and you may lose vital information.

I have created a new page called video where you can find a collection of videos that I have found helpful in learning to start a website. These are not my own videos but are vidoes I have found on youtube. I hope you can use this page as another resource for learning to start a website. I will be adding more useful videos in the future so please do visit this page later. If you have found any similar suitable videos and would like to share them with others, please send them to me and I will include it on this page.

Best wishes

Gopala
